Nothing that I personally do but never tried it either so wouldn't have any experience or clue myself If It has any positive outcomes though I'd just share It here for the sake of It. However could very much be refreshing too stand while working for a few hours to stretch your back and use your feet. This has been a trend going back a couple years at least to my knowledge.
