This could be quite refreshing for your eyes as they can relax from all the shiny light that comes out of your screen, they can be a great tool on your on mod as bright light just comes out of your phone at night when you want to sleep but it can also help to reduce the amount of battery the phone consumes with all the light when the screen is displayed in grey colour.
IOS ( IPHONE )
Go to settings app on your Iphone >> '' Accessibility. '' >> '' Display & Text Size. '' >> '' Color Filters. '' >> '' Greyscale.'' then just sort out the way you want it to be there is plenty of other options as well.
Android
Open the Settings app on your Android device then further down to Accessibility look after for vision or display within that setting then go to greyscale option.
